Pet of the Week: Berkley

Berkley is a 8 month old domestic shorthaired kitty, looking for her fur-ever home!

Berkley says "Hi, nice to meet you!" This beautiful girl arrived at Helping Paws at the end of June with her brother, from Animal Rescue Corps. She is an eight month old, midnight black with a white spot on her chest, and her eyes shine like the brightest tourmaline. She was once a shy girl, who let her outgoing brother lead the way. Though now that Berkley has been free roaming in our kitty room, she has blossomed! It's pretty common to find her curled up in a bed. This girl LOVES to cuddle with her kitty friends; especially her girlfriends Skye and Dory. She does great with all the felines in the room. Berk likes to approach the calm humans or the ones she knows on her own, now!! She also loves to play and chase after the string toys. Berkley has come a long way and keeps getting more confident every day. We are so proud of her and we hope that she can find her own home by the holidays!! Call Helping Paws to meet this friendly girl!
