Pet of the Week: Corrine
Hi, my name is Corrine. I am a petite white and brown Terrier mix, weighing in at a whopping 11 lbs. I am about one year and seven months old. I was saved by my friends at Animal Rescue Corps, after being discovered in a hoarding situation during the Louisiana flooding. I am a little girl who has been through a lot! When I first arrived at Helping Paws, I was quite nervous and untrusting of these strange humans; I may have given out a defensive snap or two. I am very proud to tell you that I have come a long way! The people here at Helping Paws have given me some needed TLC and I am beginning to trust them. The humans know that my little snappies were due to me being scared. Now, I let them pick me up, actually really love getting pets, and get excited to see them! I am showing more of my sweet, sassy, and silly side. I am currently sharing a kennel with my sister and love playing with her. I do well with the other dogs I have met; I think they are helping me to gain confidence. Oh, I can't forget that I do well with the whole potty outside thing, too! If you are looking for a little doggy who is both sweet and a little spicy, or a partner to fight crime with, look no further! I can't wait to meet you!!
