Hello world! My name is Cupcake. I am just over three years old, weigh around 15 pounds, and am a Miniature Pinscher/Beagle mix. I am full grown! My owner unfortunately was not able to take care of me anymore and I ended up at an animal control in southern Illinois. The staff will tell you I am great at going potty outside and I know how to "sit." I am energetic, and LOVE to adventure outside; I want to explore the world! When it comes to the other doggies, I can be picky about choosing who is my friend, but can't we all? I am okay to be around kitties. I am told I'm easy to handle on the leash since I am a small girl. The staff told me to say I am fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated... whatever that means!
