Pet of the Week: Dot
Hi everyone, I'm Dot! My paperwork will tell you I am a beagle/terrier mix, and about four years and three months old. I was weighed not too long ago, and came in at 21 pounds. My story started in Hazard, Kentucky, where I found myself at a kill shelter. I arrived at Helping Paws and I have been here for 109 days. I did have six puppies while here, but I am ready to find my own home! I am the sweetest girl, and LOVE people. If you stop petting me, I will let you know that you are not done, by pawing you; I can't get enough pets! Belly rubs are also a favorite of mine. When it comes to other dogs, I definitely prefer to have my own space. I do enjoy my walks, though I am happiest when I get to cuddle with my human friends. I am great at pottying outside and quite easy to walk. If you think I could be your new family member, call Helping Paws to meet me!
