Pet of the Week: Oreo
Hey world, meet Oreo! If you guessed that he is black and white, well you guessed correctly!! He is mostly white, with little specks of black throughout his coat, and his head is mostly black. You can think of him as a masked cookie bandit! Oreo is a Hound/Lab mix, a little over 55 lbs, and about one and a half years old. He came to us in the middle of April from a shelter in Southern Illinois; he was being fostered with his Dachshund friend. The staff's favorite things about him are that he is super sweet with the puppies, he has a big head, and he has the most handsome good looks! Oreo is very friendly with everyone he meets. He also loves playing with the other dogs in the yard! Whether it be his girlfriend Cassie or a group of puppies. He can be a bit strong on the leash but he is currently working on his manners. He does know "sit!" He is looking for a family that is energetic, like him; Oreo is a boy who is always up for adventure and playtime! Do you like those things too? Call us to meet this outgoing boy!
