Pet of the Week: Pixie

Pixie is a five-month Retriever mix looking for her fur-ever home!

Hi friends! My name is Pixie. I am a five-month Retriever mix and weigh around 20 lbs. I came to Helping Paws from a kill shelter in Hazard, KY. I am happy to say I am available to be adopted! I have been spayed, microchipped, and am fully vaccinated. I have had a long journey to be here, and I can't wait to find my own home. The staff told me that I am the sweetest and most gentle girl. I don't speak hooman so I just try to share my toys with them instead! Playing with toys and getting attention are two of my favorite things, so you have to like those things too. For a puppy, I can be considered to be on the calm side. I am a bit bashful when first meeting people, though it does not last long! If you are interested in me as your new bestie, call Helping Paws!
