Pet of the Week: Plunkett
Hi, I'm Plunkett! I am a Terrier/Feist mix, and I weigh around 17lbs, at seven years and ten months old. My story began in Gallatin, Tennessee, where I was living in a hoarding case, with 38 cats and 26 other small dogs. The dilapidated trailer had no running water or electricity; we were discovered when our owners had to vacate... "Surprise!" I am the eighth dog that HP has taken in from this specific case. After getting some fatty lumps removed, most of my teeth removed (besides one molar), neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, I am ready for my own loving home!! I am the GOODEST boy. I am great at going potty outside and I walk great on the leash. Taking naps and getting scratchies from anyone willing are my favorite things. I will take up any open lap, chair, or bed; they are there for me, right? My tongue likes to hang out when I take naps sometimes. I hope you're okay with that! Even though I am basically toothless, I enjoy eating solid kibble and have no issues. I am good with cats and I enjoy being around dogs! I really am the sweetest and most friendly little guy; if you want a buddy that will always be happy to see you, make you laugh, and is always ready to relax, I am your man!! Call Helping Paws if you'd like to meet me.
