Pets of the Week: Elwood & Jake
Elwood & Jake are 7 month old Blue Heeler mix brothers looking for their fur-ever home!
Hello world! I'm Elwood and this is my brother Jake. We are about seven months old and are said to be Blue Heeler mixes. I weigh about 29lbs and Jake weighs about 35lbs. We traveled here all the way from Hazard, Kentucky, which took about nine hours! Though we enjoy playing together, we do not need to go home together. Jake and I have both been neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated for our age. We do go potty outside sometimes but we are still working on that skill! We met kittens recently; we both did well, though I was a little bit more unsure of what they were than Jake. Yard time is our favorite time! We are energetic and obviously love to play and run. I love playing in the pool and blowing bubbles in the water. Jake is more interested in watching me or running with his ball.
