Daisy & Dixie are 9 month old domestic shorthaired sisters looking for their fur-ever home!
Meowlo! I am Daisy, and this is my sister Dixie! We are about nine months old, domestic short haired kitties. Our story starts in Huntley, IL, where we were found on private property with our two brothers. After being found, we were brought to Helping Paws and since have been fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Our brothers found a home together... and well we would love to find a home too! We are super sweet and friendly girls, and are coming out of our shells the more we grow up. We LOVE to play; a home that likes to play is at the top of our Christmas list. I love to get pets, play with my sister, and to chase after toys! Dixie is super into running around like a crazy little elf… Santa actually tried to recruit her, but she said no thanks. She would rather play tag with me and the silly humans! We weren't sure about being picked up when we first came in, but are doing great with it now. We are very interested in the other animals; anytime a new kitty enters the room, we have to make sure they know we are going to be best friends, even if they do not feel the same.
